Time for Commitment before I'm commited!!

Struggling to lose those unsightly pounds?  Destructive behaviours keeping you from your success goal?  Questions, that often times are in search for answers. . .but when we dig deep into ourselves we find that the answer to our questions is a lot closer than we think.  The past has a funny way of repeating itself if we let it. . .I gained 100lbs. . .why?  Life, the turmoils of life has impaired my judgement in taking care of myself. . .and that is tragic. . .do I still breathe? yes!!  It is with that breath that gives me the go ahead to start again. . .and so I do. . .just like an addict who will always be an addict. . .I will always crave food. . .but, now it's a matter of controlling what has been uncontrollable for so long. . .redirection of thought, and focus of mind. . .with some blending of hard work and dedication, and some tunnel vision. . .setting my sights on the prize, and then once I get the prize. . .maintain it. . .the road to victory will be everlasting. . .this time!!
