We have all been there, lose a few pounds gain it back. Lose some more. . . gain it back. . . but what if we could just keep it off. No one said that dieting would be easy, but as we look at our overindulgence, we have to take a good look at ourselves. Our pocket books become empty and all the while we are trying to fill a hunger that won't go away. Why? Why are we constantly pushing the limits of our belt size? Because it's the only thing that we can control. . . or is it? I have been asking myself this question as I get ready for an intensive workout regiment. God has blessed me with an opportunity to represent Kyle at Anytime Fitness and I am nervous about failing. Just being honest, but nerves are good. It tells us that we still have some breath in our body and that the blood is pumping. Which means I'm not dead yet. . . and as I watched yesterday's episode of The Biggest Loser, I'm reminded of how blessed I am. These people do not realize what it took to get out of bed that day when I decided to audition for the show, or if they have they have seriously forgotten about the thousands upon thousands of people that would kill to be in their shoes. Let this be a lesson to all of you who read my blog, don't give up when dissappointment in life happens. It's when we give up that we hit the scale at 415lbs, a 54in waist, and pre-death. At least that was my story, now I'm taking what I have learned from my experience trying out for the Biggest Loser and taking it to the next level. Who needs a show to lose weight anyway, I can lose weight Anytime! So get off that couch, stop eating those bon-bons, and work out with me. I pledge to lose 100 lbs this year and run that 5k by August!!
You too can be a Loser. . . after all losers win in the end!!
Remember life begins when you start living,
