THESE ARE QUESTIONS THAT I HAVE BEEN ASKING MYSELF AS BEGAN MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY BACK IN 2003, WHO KNEW THAT THE WEIGHT WOULD RETURN BY 2009, AND THEN TOOK OFF OVER 135LBS. BY THE BEGINNING OF 2011. . .ONLY TO GAIN 80 TO 90LBS BACK. . .
THE WEIGHT LOSS SAGA CONTINUES. . .
SOMETIMES IN LIFE, WE FOCUS ON THE WRONG THINGS. . .WE LIVE OUR LIVES BY CONDITIONS. . .DEADLINES. . .RULES. . .BUT. . .IN THE MIDST OF ALL OF THIS, WE OFTEN TIMES LOSE OUR WAY WHEN TRYING TO FIND OURSELVES. . .WHO ARE WE? WHAT ARE WE TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH? MY JOURNEY TO FIGHT THE BATTLE OF THE BULGE IS MORE LIKE THE "NEVER ENDING STORY". . .AND ALL OF THAT'S TRUE. . .BECAUSE THROUGH THE PEAKS AND VALLEYS OF ANY LIFESTYLE. . .SETBACKS HAPPEN, DESIRES CHANGE, MOTIVATION AND DIRECTION SHIFTS. . .BUT WHAT MATTERS THE MOST ARE THE RESULTS!!
IF YOU REMEMBER TWO YEARS AGO WHEN I FIRST STARTED THIS POST AND MISSION TO LOSE WEIGHT. . .IT WAS TO TRAIN MOTIVATE AND INSPIRE PEOPLE TO HAVE SUCCESS WITH WEIGHT LOSS/MANAGEMENT, BUT SOMEWHERE DURING THE PROCESS. . .WHO WAS MOTIVATING ME? IRONIC, HUH? TO THINK THAT THE SELF MOTIVATED PERSON THAT I AM. . .HAD LOST THE MOTIVATION TO TRAIN AND INSPIRE. . .MYSELF. . .INTERESTING. . .
